Working closely with our architectural and construction affiliates, we design and build communities with a focus on the latest market trends, designs and construction materials and techniques. In doing so, we develop, design and build products that remain at the forefront of the residential market.

Develop

Our development approach is simple—minimize risk, maximize return. By paying close attention to market opportunities and trends, we create desirable properties where we perceive the greatest demand. Our experienced team of professionals works in concert with our architectural and contractor affiliates to determine the most profitable solutions, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, marketability and overall value.

Design

We work through our architecture affiliate, Archon Associates Incorporated, to create quality concepts and designs. Thorough research and planning provides us with the perspective necessary to produce high quality, visually appealing communities that will succeed in the marketplace, while utilizing the most cost-effective design solutions.

Archon Associates Incorporated has designed and overseen construction of more than 200 projects in ten states and the U.S. Virgin Islands, comprising over 12,000 residential units.

Build

First Centrum’s primary construction affiliate is Aberon Construction, LLC. Working in close alliance with our architectural affiliate, Aberon Construction can provide the building services necessary to seamlessly and efficiently deliver projects.

Construction affiliates have been providing general contracting services to First Centrum since the late 1970s. These decades of experience provide us with unique abilities to complete each project in an economically sensible fashion, while maintaining exemplary quality standards.

Own

First Centrum is committed to an ownership strategy that will maximize returns to our financial partners while maintaining the quality, security and value expected by our residents. In some cases, that may involve long-term ownership and, in others, sales of the properties when appropriate in the marketplace.

Manage

As part of our ongoing commitment to our investors, First Centrum embraces self-management of our rental communities. This provides enhanced focus on project performance and our specialization in senior independent living products, as well as allowing greater latitude to set resources and priorities to the appropriate tasks.
